Hi, I'm Cara ✨

My name is Cara and I'm so excited to welcome you to Baby Babble NI! I'm a Speech and Language Therapist with 15 years' experience supporting babies, young children and families in the early years. I'm also a mum to one beautiful baby boy.

Every class at Baby Babble NI is grounded in evidence-based early years practice and designed to support communication, interaction, play, physical and sensory development. All while meeting new friends and creating memories to last forever.

As a new mum, I experienced the challenge of a baby with colic while dealing with post-partum anxiety. I know personally how hard (and beautiful) those first months can be and how a baby class can be an incredible source of comfort for a new parent. For me, I loved having that time to speak with other mums and I adored watching my baby be mesmerised by the songs and activities.

This inspired me to start my own baby development class and to use my experience and training to ensure they are fun, educational and a nurturing place for mum and baby.
